One tap for members who don’t care where they sit - they get a random free spot and the booking is done.
No double bookings, ever
Two members grabbing spot 7 at the same instant can’t both win. The loser gets a polite “just taken - pick another” and the map refreshes.
Full room = waitlist
When every spot is taken the class is full, even if raw capacity would allow more. The waitlist takes over and promoted members get a spot automatically.
