Classes that fill themselves
Members book their own spots from the app or web. When a class is full, the waitlist takes over — and when someone cancels, the next person gets the seat automatically.
Booking, without the admin
Every booking deducts a credit, respects your booking windows, and lands in the member's own calendar — no WhatsApp back-and-forth, no spreadsheets.
Self-service booking
Members see the live schedule with spots remaining and book in two taps, on the app or the web portal.
Credit-based packages
Bookings deduct class credits automatically. No credits, no booking — with a clear prompt to renew.
Your booking windows
Control when booking opens and closes before each class, and how late members can cancel without losing a credit.
Add to calendar
After booking, members add the class to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars in one tap — with your studio address for directions.
A waitlist that actually works
Most platforms just keep a list. Pulse Studio runs an offer-and-confirm flow: when a spot opens, the first member in line gets a push notification and email with a time-limited hold on the seat.
Offer-and-confirm
The freed seat is held for the first person in the queue. They confirm on their phone — or the offer expires and moves to the next member. No stampedes, no double bookings.
Push + email alerts
Waitlist offers land as a push notification on the member’s phone and an email, with a countdown so everyone knows where they stand.
Late-cancel rules
Cancellations inside your cutoff window forfeit the credit; outside it, credits are refunded automatically. You set the policy once.
QR check-in
Members show a QR code at the door; staff scan it with any phone camera. Attendance lands in your reports, so you finally see no-shows.
