Can't sign in?

Email info@pulsestudio.co.za from the address on your account and we'll action it. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and physical address
  • Your date of birth, ID number and gender, if you gave them
  • Your emergency contact details
  • Any medical notes or injury information you recorded
  • Your profile photo
  • Your sign-in credentials — you will not be able to sign in again

What your studio keeps

Your invoices, payments and booking history stay with your studio, but with your name replaced by “Deleted Member”. They no longer identify you.

We can't remove those outright. South African tax law requires a business to keep its financial records for five years, and POPIA permits retention where another law requires it. Deleting an invoice would also break your studio's books, which is not ours to do.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you owe your studio money at the time, that debt still stands against the redacted record — deleting your account does not settle it. If you want a copy of your data first, use Export my data on your profile before you delete.
